Ecriture de l’entre-Deux Chez Calixthe Beyala : l'hybride et l'ideologie

Abstract

Abstract : Calixthe Beyala's writing is polymorphous as it comes from several languages, but mainly from his mother tongue (Eton) and French. Therefore, the hybridity of his writing reflects this double belonging. In fact, his ideological scope is to be questioned when studying his writing between the two languages. In addition to that, the examination of his historical and social references makes it possible to understand how this hybridity could function as a means of claiming and restructuring the violated African identity.

Résumé : L’écriture de Calixthe Beyala est polymorphe car elle est issue de plusieurs langues, essentiellement, la langue maternelle (l’Eton) et le français. Par conséquent, l’hybridité de son écriture traduirait cette double appartenance. De fait, à travers l’étude de l’écriture de l’entre-deux, il sera question d’interroger sa portée idéologique. Ainsi, l’examen de ses repères historiques et sociaux permet de comprendre comment cette hybridité pourrait-elle fonctionner comme un moyen de revendication et de restructuration de l’identité africaine bafouée.
