Abstract

Abstract : Memoirs of the Flesh, an Algerian novel written by Ahlem Mosteghanemi, is akin to the autobiographical writing in which the author, through a male "I" enunciator, evokes her own experience. In this sense behind a mask, the writer writes and writes, tells and tells herself, using a modern writing to hide behind the words. Our article not only questions this writing, but also the why of such a strategy in the author. It's all a work on the language and the novelistic form to which she submits to veil her presence. Writing modernity and transgression of norms allow it to metamorphose into another self, male, which would open the way for listening. She opts for a new writing aesthetic of autofiction. By the originality of her narration, she was able to impose a new way of saying and saying herself in a space dominated by human voices. Committed feminine writing, this is the author's struggle.

Résumé : Mémoires de la chair, roman Algérien écrit par Ahlem Mosteghanemi, s’apparente à l’écriture autobiographique où l’auteure, par le biais d’un « Je » énonciateur masculin, évoque son propre vécu. En ce sens, derrière un masque, l’écrivaine écrit et s’écrit, raconte et se raconte, mettant à profit une écriture de la modernité pour se cacher derrière les mots. Notre article, non seulement interroge cette écriture, mais aussi le pourquoi d’une telle stratégie chez l’auteure. C’est tout un travail sur la langue et la forme romanesque auquel elle se soumet pour voiler sa présence. La transgression des normes dans l’écriture lui permettent de se métamorphoser en un autre soi-même, masculin, qui lui ouvre la voie de l’écoute. Elle opte pour une nouvelle esthétique d’écriture de l’autofiction. Par l’originalité de sa narration, elle a pu imposer une nouvelle manière de dire et se dire dans un espace dominé par des voix d’homme. Écriture féminine engagée, telle est le combat de l’auteure.
