Abstract

This study takles the foundations of raising that the Ibrahimi’s ideology is based on, through clarifying the concept of raising and identifying its method in terms of concepts, means and objectives, also establishing his vision to raising on important bases in cluding ethics, relegion, knowledje, patriotism and considering the ingredients of national character, in addition to the social and psychological dimension the process of raising. His vision to raising has taken a comtemporary mode due to its relation to the various comtemporary issues of which the most significant are the relation between raising and politics and how El Ibrahimi set the foundations for this political raising, in addition to raising and culture relation the role of intellectuals towords raising and their position in the society. This view paved the way to achieve humanity that has devalued in the recent period, his vision associated with the current crisis of raising and the problems it introduced through his advocacy for school reform and the necessity to overcome all what hinders raising and education.
