The Effect Of Semi-Sport Games On Developing Attention Skills Among Preschool Students

Abstract

This study investigated the effectiveness of quasi-sport games in developing attentionskills among 108 preparatory stage pupils in M'sila province, Algeria. The experimental group (n=54) received a 26-session quasi-sport games program while the control group(n=54) continued regular activities. Results showed significant improvement in the experimental group from pre-test to post-test, while the control group showed no significant improvement. These findings demonstrated that quasi-sport games effectively enhance attention skills among preparatory stage pupils, supporting their implementation in early childhood education programs to reduce attention difficulties.
